Shipping & Returns Policy
At WildWar, every product is made-to-order through our trusted production partner. This allows us to reduce overproduction, minimize waste, and offer sustainably made activewear.
Because each item is produced individually, our shipping and returns policy works differently from traditional retail. Please read the information below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Policy
Production Times:
All products are manufactured on demand once your order is placed.
Estimated production time: 2–7 business days.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times:
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most orders are shipped from fulfillment centers located in Europe or North America to reduce delivery distances and emissions.
Estimated shipping times at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs, carrier delays, or local holidays.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Incorrect Address:
The customer is responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address.
WildWar is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to address errors.
If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order and produced individually for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
-Change of mind.
-Ordering the wrong size.
-Wanting a different color.
-Deciding the product is no longer wanted.
Please review our size guides carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We happily replace items at no extra cost if:
-The product has a manufacturing defect.
-There is a printing error.
-The product arrives damaged.
-You received the wrong item, size, or design.
-The order was lost due to a fulfillment or carrier error.
How to Request a Replacement
If your order arrives with any of the issues listed above, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include the following:
-Order number.
-Description of the issue.
-Clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement.
Do I Need to Return the Item?
In most cases, you do not need to send the product back.
If a return is ever required, we will provide the proper return address by email after your claim is approved.
4. When We Cannot Offer a Replacement
We are unable to issue replacements or refunds if:
-You ordered the wrong size.
-You changed your mind about the product.
-You entered the wrong shipping address.
-You refused the package or did not pick it up.
-The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit due to a carrier or fulfillment error, we will replace it at no cost.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first, as WildWar cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.
6. Sustainability & Made-to-Order Production
All WildWar products are produced on demand. This allows us to:
-Reduce textile waste.
-Avoid overproduction.
-Manufacture only what is sold.
Because each item is created specifically for you, traditional returns are not possible. This model ensures responsible production and a more sustainable approach to fashion.
