♻ What is recycled polyester (rPET)?

Recycled polyester is made by repurposing existing plastic — mainly bottles, packaging, and textile waste — instead of using new, petroleum-based materials. The process includes collecting, cleaning, shredding, melting, and spinning plastic into new, high-quality fibers.

These fibers are then woven into durable, flexible fabrics that deliver the same performance and comfort as traditional polyester — but with a much smaller environmental footprint.

Producing rPET uses 33–53% less energy and emits up to 54% less CO₂ than virgin polyester. It also reduces the need for oil extraction and keeps tons of plastic waste out of our ecosystems.

This on-demand model prevents overproduction — one of the fashion industry’s biggest sustainability issues, where around 21% of textiles go unsold and end up discarded.

Our trusted production partners operate fulfillment centers across Europe and North America, allowing your orders to be produced and shipped from the location closest to you.

That means lower carbon emissions, faster delivery times, and a smaller environmental footprint.

 

📦 Sustainable packaging:

Every WildWar order is packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) mailers, made from used plastic bags and bottles.

These contain at least 70% recycled material, and up to 100% in some regions — helping reduce virgin plastic use while keeping your gear protected.
