If a package is returned because of an address error, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed item, we will replace it at no cost.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly, as WildWar cannot refund or replace stolen packages.
